Cutting is the main phase in garment making. This section is equipped with eastman cutting machine and skilled staff, ensuring 100% perfection and with minimal waste and cost. All the cutting work is done by the experienced and skilled masters, keeping in mind style, fits and measurement.

We outsource artwork such as embroidery, placement prints and hand embroidery to specialized units who are thorough professionals in their stream. They make for us the best look artwork development & application to beautify a garment.

With its wide range of superior machinery and skilful labour capable of producing stylised garments with precision and finesse, the sewing section has a hi-tech infrastructure. Our stitching unit consists of plain sewing machine, double needle sewing machine, triple needle sewing machine, placket application machine, feed of arm machine, saddle stitch machine, overlock machine, flatlock machine and other special machineries. This section incorporates both automated and manual machines that have been designed to provide the required quality.

Washing is done by reputed and specialised washer and with “A Grade” machines and techniques.

It includes the addition of decorative elements, buttons, buttonholes, hooks & eyes, snaps, bartack etc. to complete the garments. Then garments are ready for final checking, quality control and packing.

After steam-iron is done, tags and price-tickets are applied on the garments. Final packing of garments is done by putting them in corrugated boxes as per clients’ requirement and necessary stickers are applied on the boxes. Thereafter, shipment is dispatched to the final destination.
